A bold Korean-style cooking sauce made with gochujang chilli pepper paste, balanced with brown sugar and garlic for a deep, savoury heat. Ideal for stir-fries, marinades, and Korean-inspired dishes.

🍳 Cooking Instructions

Stovetop (Stir-Fry Method)
1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan or wok.
2. Add 500g of meat (thinly sliced) or seafood, or vegetables and stir-fry until fully cooked.
3. Pour the sauce.
4. Cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring well, until everything is evenly coated and the liquid has reduced.
5. Add rice or noodles if desired or serve with plain rice.


Microwave Method (800 W)
1. Place 500g of cooked meat or seafood, or vegetables in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Pour your chosen sauce and mix well.
3. Microwave on 800 W for 3-4 minutes, then stir and serve
4. Add rice or noodles if desired or serve with plain rice.

Additional Uses
• Suitable for basting during barbecuing.
• Marinate the meat, then bake or air fry it.
• Ideal for quick fried rice or noodle dishes.
• Can also be used as a dipping sauce (microwave for 2 minutes)
