A rich and aromatic Malaysian-style rendang sauce made with coconut cream, tamarind, and a carefully balanced blend of spices including lemongrass, turmeric, and warm cinnamon. Slow-cooked for depth of flavour, ideal for traditional rendang dishes with beef, chicken, fish or vegetables.

Stovetop (Stir-Fry Method)
1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan or wok.
2. Add 500g of meat (thinly sliced) or seafood, or vegetables and stir-fry until fully cooked.
3. Pour the sauce.
4. Cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring well, until everything is evenly coated and the liquid has reduced.
5. Add rice or noodles if desired or serve with plain rice.
Microwave Method (800 W)
1. Place 500g of cooked meat or seafood, or vegetables in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Pour your chosen sauce and mix well.
3. Microwave on 800 W for 3-4 minutes then stir and serve
