Returns & Refund Policy
At SizzleAsia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before requesting a return.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are purchasing from the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason and without needing to provide justification.
To be eligible for a return under the cooling-off period:
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
• Products must be in the same condition you received them.
• You must provide proof of purchase or your order confirmation.
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened food products unless they are faulty, damaged,
or incorrect.
How to Start a Return

Please include:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your items. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
• Your item is damaged
• Your item is defective
• You received the wrong product
We will work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Opened or used food products
• Perishable goods
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Custom or promotional products
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that
your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
